Every feature is unlocked for 30 days with no credit card, so you can test CFE - Advanced Estimating Worksheet on your own bids before you buy. There is one free trial per PC and per email.

Refunds

CFE - Advanced Estimating Worksheet is a pre-built software license that is delivered right away by email. Because of that, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including partly used billing periods, except:

• Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund that charge in full.
• When the law requires it. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right to a refund, we honor it.

To ask about a refund, email estimator@commercialflooringestimating.com within 30 days of the charge with your order number and the email you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, right inside the app: About › License info › Cancel subscription. You can also use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

• Cancelling stops the next renewal. No more charges are made.
• Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume before then.
• After a paid subscription ends, your estimates stay on your PC and open read-only.

Who processes your payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout, billing and sales tax. Refunds we approve are issued through Lemon Squeezy.

This policy applies only to CFE - Advanced Estimating Worksheet software subscriptions. Our flooring estimating services are separate and covered by our Terms. Use of the software is also covered by the End User License Agreement. Questions? Contact us or call (916) 802-5127.
