What types of flooring proposals can CFE - Advanced Estimating Worksheet print?
Three: a Unit List Proposal (line items with unit prices), an L&M Proposal (labor and material combined per line) and a Lump Sum Proposal (one price by section). All are built from the open estimate.
Can I edit the proposal text?
Yes. Terms and conditions, exclusions, qualifications, special provisions and your own boxes are set once in Settings, ticked per proposal on the Insert tab, and can be edited on the page with Edit Proposal.
Does the proposal include my logo and signature?
Yes. Your logo and company details print in the header, and My Signature adds a closing with a cursive signature, name, title and company under the client signature box.
Does CFE - Advanced Estimating Worksheet have RFI and submittal forms?
Yes. The RFI Sheet and the Submittal Cover Sheet are filled with the project and GC details from the estimate, and the submittal materials table comes from the estimate lines.
